• Accuracy : we do offer an accuracy of 70 – 80 %, these miniatures are not exact replicas and will be a little cartoonish.

Process:-

1. send us the pictures (3-4 pictures must be given from different angles to get a perfect model)
2.  Within 3 to 4 working days  3D design will be sent for Approval.
3. Make changes if any 
4. After All final changes Printing process will start
5. After Printing Process it will be color (as close as image)
6. After Paint It will dip in chemical for longevity of color

Note: The dolls  take about 4-5 weeks to deliver. Please place the order in advance. Order date starts once all pictures are received.

Terms And Conditions :

1. Once the order is confirmed, Replacement of photograph or changes in sizes or material wont be allowed.(High resolution photograph should be uploaded with clear instructions).
2. After completion of the softcopy design, We will be sending you the design preview through Whatsapp or email based on your convenience.
3. Revisions or Modifications will be accepted in 3D soft copy design.
4. Once the design is approved, we will start designing the actual product.
5. Modifications wont be accepted in actual products.
6. After completion of designing the product, we will dispatch the product to the Address provided.

Refund Policy :

1. As the products are personalized order cancellations and refunds wont be accepted.
2. Damage Claims : Video must be recorded while opening the delivered package in case of damage replacements.

*Damage Claims : Any claims for damage MUST be reported in 48 hours.
