Why We Do Not Offer Full Cash on Delivery (COD)
At Only Memorable Gifts, we truly value every customer and work hard to deliver high-quality, personalized products made especially for you. Because of the nature of our products, we currently do not provide full Cash on Delivery.

- 1. Our Products Are Custom-Made for You: Every order is prepared after we receive it. Unlike other industries, personalized items cannot be resold if someone refuses the parcel.
- 2. High Courier Charges (Both Ways): When a COD parcel is cancelled or not accepted, we bear the cost of outward and inward courier, which is quite high. This directly affects our pricing and overall service quality.
- 3. Rising Unconfirmed COD Orders: We have received many COD orders where the customer did not respond, refused delivery, or provided the wrong address. This makes COD unsustainable for custom-made, handcrafted products.
- 4. Take Longer: Cash on Delivery parcels generally take more time to reach compared to prepaid orders because of extra verification and handling steps.
We Still Offer a Solution 😇
⭐ Partial COD Available on Select Products: You can pay a small advance to confirm your custom order, and the remaining amount can be paid via COD at the time of delivery. (Standard COD charges will apply.) This protects us against fake orders while still giving you the convenience of Cash on Delivery.
