Do you deliver outside India (USA, UK, Dubai, Australia)?
Yes, we ship globally! We frequently send gifts to loved ones in the USA, UK, UAE (Dubai), Australia, and Canada.

Please Note: International shipping is extra and charged “as per actuals” based on the parcel’s weight and destination country. Please WhatsApp us (+91 98733 10987) to get a shipping quote before placing your order.
I live abroad. Can I send a gift to my family in India?
Absolutely. Many of our customers are NRIs sending love back home. You can place the order on our website using your international card, and we will deliver it safely to any address in India.
Why does standard delivery take 2-4 days?
Unlike factory items, your gift is handcrafted or printed from scratch just for you. Good things take a little time! We usually need 2-4 days for production + shipping time. We promise the quality is worth the wait.

Why don’t you offer full Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Because every gift is customized with your name or photo, we cannot resell it if the order is cancelled. We ask for a small partial payment to confirm your serious interest, while the remaining amount is safe to pay on delivery.
Is Only Memorable Gifts a real, trustworthy site?
We understand your caution! We are a 100% registered Indian business with genuine Google Reviews. We are not a dropshipping store; we have our own workshop. You are welcome to message us on WhatsApp to chat with a real person.
What happens if my product arrives broken?
Your money is safe. If the courier mishandles the parcel and it arrives damaged, simply send us an unboxing video. We will send a replacement immediately, free of cost.

A LITHOPHANE FRAME is a magical piece of art. It looks like a plain white textured plastic piece when off. But when you turn on the light inside, your photo appears in high-definition greyscale! It uses 3D thickness to control the light.
Is the 3D material eco-friendly and safe?
Yes, we use PLA (Polylactic Acid), which is a biodegradable, non-toxic plastic made from corn starch. It is perfectly safe for home decor.
Will the photo print fade after washing?
No. We use Sublimation technology which infuses ink permanently into the material fibers. It is scratch-proof and will not fade, even after washing.
